Photoshop, Light room are some of the most used editing
softwares by bloggers. But when it comes to mobile platform , the easiest and
user friendly one is Snapseed. I promise you will get images similar to

Open snapseed , you will get a screen as show below.
Open the image you want to edit from your gallery.
The first thing you should do after opening an image
is cropping it to desired size.Select the crop option from tool box. If you want
the instagram post size , then select the 4:3 ration. If your image is already
in that ratio, free crop the unwanted sides. You are ready to apply magic!

Most of us are not professional photographers, and so
we click many photos in a hurry. At those time there is a chance of spreading
food particles or any anything in your edges of plates. We use ‘healing’ tool
to heal those unwanted things from our image. Just brush through the unwanted
items to get rid of that. Compare my previous image and image after healing and
spot the difference!

6. Brush
how to use snapseed |
This is not a must tool for all images. But here we can use brush tool to enhance the colors of white rice and those curries using exposure in 0.7. Other than that we have a dodge & burn , temperature and saturation option. The use of those will vary according to images.
7. Double Exposure
I think many of us
are having a doubt regarding the background of photos. Many guys think it is
only possible to change the background in photoshop. But the reality is we can
do it so easily on snapseed. For that
you have to download the background which you want rom google. May be it will
be white , black, or any textures. Always to try to match opposite shades, like
dark and light combination.
After that select
the double exposure option which is right below the tool box. Select image
which you have downloaded. Here we
select a black image for background , because the plate is a light one. Then
choose the ‘darken’ option , then the whole image become black. Save it.

Select the option
that I have marked in the image below, then you will be provided with another
options. Choose ‘ view edits’ from that. This will provide us details about all
the edits that we have done on the image till now. Choose ‘ double exposure’
from that. Then the select the middle option

Now you can brush
the black color wherever you want. Carefully brush the color around the
image. If you want to erase, decrease
the double exposure below to zero. This is the image I generated after using
double exposure. How is it looking?

8. Selective

What if your image
consists of objects with different
colors. And what if you want to increase brightness of some objects and to decrease others. Then
you can use ‘selective’ tool . Touch on the area where you want increase or
decrease brightness. Once you are done with that area, select the plus option
below to do the same procedures on the other areas
How is my image
after working with selective?

9.Text
Many of you like to add
your name on the images you click before posting it on your website or instagram feed.
Use the ‘Text’ tool to add whatever
name you want and you are provided with different fonts and colors. Place it
wisely ! Other wise that one name will
ruin the image.

10. Save
Now we are done with
applying magic and we need to save the image. Select the ‘export’ option and
click save. The image will be there on your gallery now. Post it fast!
