Ingredients :
- Banana - 3 nos
- Egg - 4 nos
- Sugar - 3 table spoon
- Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cashew
- Resins
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Take well ripened bananas, peel it off and cut into small pieces.
- Take egg, sugar and cardamon powder in a bowl and beat it properly.
- Take some ghee in a pan and fry the bananas until it becomes slightly brown in colour and keep aside.
- Fry the cashews and resins also and keep it aside.
- Add the bananas to the egg sugar mixture and mix it properly.
- Take a pan and greese it with ghee and add the mixture into it.
- Add the cashew and resins over the mixture.
- Cover the pan and cook it for 15-20 minutes in low flame.
- You can check whether its ready or not by inserting a tooth pick.If it comes out easily, its ready.
- Let it cool and serve after some time.
