Ingredients :
1. Milk - 450ml
2. Sugar - 1/2 cup for caramel and 1/3 cup for custard
3. Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
4. Rava -1/4 cup
5. Eggs - 2
6.water -1/4 cup
7 Ghee - 2tsp
Prepeartion :
# First we have to caramalize the sugar, for that take 1/2 cup and sugar and 1/4 cup water in a pan and cook it till it gets golden color. Then move it to deep pan.
# Now we have to make the caramel, for that take milk in a pan, add sugar and boil it. Then add the rava to it and cook for 3 minutes.
# Add the ghee in to the milk rava mix and stirr it well.Keep it aside.
# Now add the egg, and vanilla essence to this mix and whisk well.
# Spread the caramel in the deep pan uniformly and pour the rava mix over it.
# Take a kadai and place a plate below.Fill water half way through the pan.
# Now place the pan on the kadai and close it. Steam it for 20 to 30 mins in medium flame.You can check whether it is ready or not by inserting a knife.
# Now place it in the fridge and leave it for 2 hours for proper setting.
# After 2 hours you can cut it and serve.
