Cup Cake Recipe | How to make Cup Cake Easily


The beginning of most of the home bakers will be an vanilla cake. Here we are trying to make vanilla cup cake.Thinking of cup cakes, first thing coming to our mind is a very fluffy and smooth cake. Yea! A cup cake should be soft as cotton. Here we are explaining a simple recipe of soft and fluffy Vanilla cup cake. Let this be the star in your parties.


Ingredients :

(Note : 1 cup = 250 ml)

1) All purpose flour - 1 cup
2) Egg - 2 nos
3) Sugar 3/4 cup
4) Oil - 1/4 cup
5) Baking Powder -1 tbsp
6) Baking Soda - 1 pinch
7)Salt -  1 pinch
8) Vanilla Essence

Preparation : 

1) Take the egg, sugar and oil in a bowl and beat it well using a electric beater or hand held whisk.
2) Add 2 drops of vanilla essence in to the mix and beat again.
3) Now take all purpose flour,baking powder , baking soda and salt in a bowl.
4) Sieve these mix for a minimum of  3 times to make it very fine.
5) Add the sieved mix in to the egg mix.
6) Slowly mix it using a spatula.
7) Now take the muffin cups and fill the batter in each cups three quarter full. Leave a one quarter space.
8) Now place a pan over the stove and keep a deep pan over the pan. 
9) Place the muffin cups in the deep pan and cook it for 15 minutes in a low flame.(you can also a oven if available)
10) Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

You can top it with whipping cream for a more aesthetic appearence.
