Dalgona Coffee Recipe And Tips | How to make Dalgona Coffee at home

We all love coffee ! What if the coffee is presented so nicely and at the same time a very creamy and tasty one? Yes it sounds good, Dalgona Coffee is a beverage made by whipping equal amount of instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water until it becomes creamy. And the it topped with cold or hot milk. Lets see the very simple preparation of dalgona coffee.

Ingredients

1) Granulated Sugar - 2 tsp

2) Instant coffee powder - 2 tsp

3) Hot water - 2 tsp

4) Cold Milk - 1/2 cup

Preparation

1) Add instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water in a cup

2) Beat the mixture using a whisk or beater(or you van use a spoon) until it becomes fluffy and light in color.

3) Add some ice cubes in to a glass and pour milk in to it.

4)Top the glass with whipped coffee.

5) Mix well and serve chilled.

Tips 

1) Use only instant coffee powder, otherwise it will not blend.

2) Use the blender which you use while making cakes.

3)You can sprinkle cocoa powder, coffee powder or choco chips over the dalgona coffee for better presentation.

4) It will be better to use granulated sugar.
