Ingredients :
1) Carrot -2 (big sized)
2) Egg - 4
3)milk-1/2 cup (you can use 4tbspn milk powder instead of milk)
4) Sugar - 4 table spoon
5)Maida -2 table spoon
6)Butter or Ghee
Preperation
# Peel the carrots and cut in to small pieces.
# Boil the carrots and then smash it in to a paste form.
# Mix the carrot, egg, milk, sugar and maida in a blender and blend it all together.
# Heat a non stick deep pan in very low flame, and grease it with some butter or ghee
# Pour the blended mix to this pan. You can add some roasted cashews and kismis if you want.
# Cover and cook it for 35 minutes and then let it cool to room temperature.
# Cut it and serve to your loved ones.
