He is a perfect roll model for many fitness freaks. There are many negative comments and advice for him, like being a vegan makes him sick on the ground and so on. Virat said that , it's all a myth and i set an example that vegan diet is much more good for staying fit and better. Don't forget the fact that he achieves all this with strict work out schedule along with his diet. He spend 1.5 hours to 4 hours a day on the gym.
