Virat Kohli , the young captain of Indian cricket team is a roll model for many young peoples around the world due to his way of playing and his fitness. The shocking news is that, the star now follows a complete vegan diet! A man who eats meats and eggs for his protein requirement ,now changed his diet to proper vegan.In an instagram live with Kevin Pietersen , Virat says that he had an acidic problem due to  lack of calcium in his body, that is the reason why he became vegan. Virat says that the diet makes him feel stronger. Let us have a look at what all are his favourite dishes now.

Three egg omelette is the old best breakfast of the cricketer.But now he prefers some spinach with pepper and cheese. Nuts and coffee is his secret to reveal stress.Many times he said that he always carry nuts with him. He is also a big green tea lover, he have 3-4 cups a day. Fruits like papaya and watermelon is his preference.

Now the question is where he gains so much of protein. Earlier he ate a lot of red meats, but now he consumes green leaves only for his protein requirements along with protein shakes. He prefers quality bottled mineral water for drinking. He always drinks Evian water which costs almost 600 rs per litre.

He is a perfect roll model for many fitness freaks. There are many negative comments and advice for him, like being a vegan makes him sick on the ground and so on. Virat said that , it's all a myth and i set an example that vegan diet is much more good for staying fit and better. Don't forget the fact that he achieves all this with strict work out schedule along with his diet. He spend 1.5 hours to 4 hours a day on the gym. Let us hope many more wonderful innings from the captain in the coming years.
